{"id":108,"date":"2015-03-13T08:10:58","date_gmt":"2015-03-13T07:10:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ictmc20.uni-halle.de\/?page_id=108"},"modified":"2015-06-16T12:09:57","modified_gmt":"2015-06-16T10:09:57","slug":"presentation-instructions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ictmc20.uni-halle.de\/?page_id=108","title":{"rendered":"Presentation Instructions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"article\">\n<h1>Oral presentation<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Invited speakers are scheduled for 30 minutes (25 min + 5 min discussion).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The duration of an oral contribution is 15 minutes including 3 minutes discussion.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Presentation formats are <em>Microsoft Powerpoint<\/em> and <em>Adobe PDF<\/em>. You are required to load your presentation into our PC (Windows7 Professional, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013) using a USB flash drive or CD-ROM before the session opens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Poster presentation<\/h1>\n<p>The posters should be designed in order to fit on A0 poster boards, i.e., maximum 841 mm wide and 1189 mm hight.<\/p>\n<p>Authors should put up their posters<\/p>\n<ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><strong>in Poster Session 1:<\/strong><\/em> from September 6 at 9:00 until 15:30, September 7.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><em>in Poster Session 2: <\/em><\/strong>from September 8 at 9:00 until 11:30, September 9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">in order to allow the conference participants to view all posters within the conference. Poster authors are requested to be availible at their posters during the scheduled poster session in order to answer questions from attendees.<br \/>\nRemaining posters after the sessions will be disposed by the conference staff and will not be stored.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oral presentation Invited speakers are scheduled for 30 minutes (25 min + 5 min discussion).
