Registration Information

Registration

Registration is accepted only through the website ICTMC-20/Registration before 24:00 of August 12, 2016 (CEST, UTC+2). An early registration before 24:00 of July 15, 2016 (CEST, UTC+2) is possible. The registration fee once paid can not be refunded.

NOTE: Registration is only completed after bank transfer of the conference fee before July 15 (early bird) or August 15 (normal).

  • Regular registration: 430,00 Euro (EUR) per person with one presentation.
  • Early registration: 360,00 Euro before July 15, 2016 per person with one presentation.
  • Regular student rate: 290,00 Euro per person with one presentation.
  • Early student rate: 250,00Euro before July 15, 2016 per person with one presentation.
  • The student ID is necessary to apply the student fee. Enter the student ID number and the affiliation name on the registration web site, please and show the student ID card on the conference registration desk.

The registration fee includes one presentation, admission to all technical sessions, USB memory stick of the final program and the abstract book, welcome reception (held on evening, Monday, September 5). For multiple presentations by a single registration, an additional fee (85,00 Euro per presentation) is required.

Banquet

The conference dinner will be held on September 7,  from 19:00 to 22:00 o’clock. An additional payment (65,00 Euro per person) is required. For banquet registration please use the registration web site. (The banquet fee once paid can not be refunded.)

Sightseeing

  • A guided tour in the old town of Halle is on September 7, 16:00 – 17:30.
    An additional payment (20,00 Euro per person) is also required. For tour registration please use the registration web site. (The excursion fee once paid can not be refunded.)
  • Sightseeing of the Technical Halloren- and Saline Museum starts om September 1, 16:00 – 17:00.
    An additional payment (25,00 Euro per person) is also required. For tour registration please use the registration web site. (The excursion fee once paid can not be refunded.)
